The Autumn Edition: Nails

So it's Autumn, and it's that time of year where your wardrobe makes the gradual transition from brights and pastels to deeper and more Autumnal colours. But it's not just your clothes that change, your nails need to keep up too, so these are my five deeper coloured polishes that I'll be rocking this Autumn.

The first shade is the Rimmel London 60 Seconds Polish in Caramel Cupcake. This is the ultimate nude shade for your Autumn collection. I love how fast these polishes dry (literally 60 seconds!) and you only need one coat and you're done! This colour will go with every outfit, so there's no complaints here.

Next up is the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Polish in Raspberry. The colour is a little darker than shown, and I absolutely love it on my nails. The formula is shiny and yet again, you only need one coat. They take longer to chip than the Rimmel polish, but I couldn't say I had a preference between the two. This polish is perfect if you want to add a bit of colour to a monochrome outfit.

Then we've got the Rimmel London Lycra Pro Polish in Ruby Me. I love how easy this polish is to apply, and the finish is amazing. It does take a little while to dry, but it's totally worth it. Everybody needs a bright kick-ass red in their Autumn nails collection, and Rimmel London is the brand to go for.

To mix it up, let's bring in a matte polish. I've chosen the Barry M Matte Nail Paint Polish in Burgundy Crush. I'm not a major fan of the whole matte polish thang, but this colour really caught my eye. I love that this polish is so different to the rest of mine, so I often choose it if I'm feeling like I want to change my nails up a bit.

Lastly is my newest purchase, the Maybelline Super Stay Gel Nail Colour Polish in Extreme Blackcurrent. I've already done a full review on this polish which you can read here, but overall I just love this product. It's definitely my favourite formula out of all of my polishes: it's not as thick as the Barry M gel polish but is just as shiny, and it is the polish that lasts the longest before chipping. 10/10.

Which one is your favourite, and do I need to try out any more colours?
